Apple Cranberry Cobbler by
Ingredients
5 - 6 lg Golden Delicious apples (peeled, cored, and chopped)
12 oz fresh cranberries
2 c sugar
1 tbs corn starch
1 tsp cinnamon
1 tsp cloves
1/ tsp ground ginger
1 1/2 c butter - melted
2 c flour
1/4 c maple syrup
2 eggs, beaten
Instructions
1. Coat slow cooker.
2. Add apples, cranberries, 1/2 sugar, cornstarch, cinnamon, cloves, and ginger to slow cooker.
3. In medium bowl, mix butter, flour, sugar, maple syrup and eggs; pour bowl into the cooker. Cover and cook on high for 2 hours until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
4. Uncover, cool for 30 min.
5. Serve warm with vanilla ice cream or whipped cream.
