Spinach Dip by cpeirson

Ingredients

2 c mayonaise 1/2 c parsley, chopped 1/2 small onion, chopped 1 clove garlic, minced 1 T lemon juice 1/4 t pepper 1 10oz package frozen spinach, trawed and drained Crackers or toasted baguette slices for serving

Instructions

Mix all ingredients in food processor. Cover and refrigerate 4 hrs before serving.
