Hot Cocoa by Sarea Clark

Ingredients

20 Quarts of Powdered Skim Milk 18 oz. Coffee Mate Creamer (can use flavored) 4 lbs. Instant Cocoa 1 lb. Powdered Sugar

Instructions

Mix ingredients all together and store in an air tight container.

Add 1/2 C. of mixture to a cup of boiling water and enjoy.
