Blackberry Shrub by gweneris

Ingredients

2 cups blackberries, roughly chopped 2/3 cup sugar 2/3 cup white wine vinegar seltzer

Instructions

Mash blackberries with sugar. Cover and refrigerate overnight.

Whisk in white wine vinegar, then press through a fine mesh strainer into a resealable container.

Fill glass with ice, pour in 2 oz. shrub and 5 oz. seltzer.

Shrub can be stored in fridge for 3 weeks and gets mellower with age.
