Cheese Dip by
Ingredients
1 sweet or Vidalia onion chopped
1/2 stick butter
1 pound browned Italian sausage
1 block Velveeta cheese cubed
1 can chiles ( green )
1 small 8 oz can tomato sauce
1 can Red Gold petite diced tomatoes
Instructions
1. Microwave the onions with the butter for 2 minutes.
2. Microwave the rest of the ingredients until the cheese is melted.
3. Add Italian sausage
4. Serve with scoop tostidos
