French Toast by suhu

Ingredients

Ingredients Hearty bread slices (ciabatta or baguette) 1 cup non dairy milk 1/4 cup chickpea flour or cornstarch 1 tsp cinnamon 1/2 very ripe banana 1 tsp vanilla dash nutritional yeast Opt. a little turmeric or kala namak for "eggless"

Instructions

Stale bread preferred!
Blend banana with milk, whisk with all else. Pour into shallow bowl and dip bread quickly.
Fry on non stick griddle as usual.

Top with fruit or maple syrup
