Ingredients
Brownie:
3/4 cup margarine, melted
1/2 cup sugar
1/3 cup Dutch-process cocoa mix
4 eggs (beat 1 at a time)
1 cup all-purpose flour
1 tsp. vanilla extract
1/4 tsp. salt
Cookie Dough:
1/2 cup margarine, melted
1/2 cup brown sugar, packed
1 tsp. salt
1/3 cup milk
1 Tbsp. vanilla extract
1/2 cup oats
2 cups all-purpose flour
1/2 cup chocolate chips
Topping:
1 (8 oz.) cool whip
1/4 cup cocoa powder
Instructions
Brownie: Mix brownie ingredients.
Pour into a 13 x 9 x 2 inch baking pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 25 minutes.
Cool completely.
Cookie Dough: Mix margarine, sugar and salt until smooth. Beat in milk, vanilla extract, oats and flour. Fold in chocolate chips and mix well.
Spread over brownies and refrigerate for 20 minutes.
Topping: Mix cool whip and cocoa.
Spread over cookie dough.
Decorate.
