Spaghetti Carbonara by
Ingredients
2 Tbsp Olive Oil
2 Cloves of Garlic Finely Chopped
3 eggs
Salt & Pepper
Heavy Cream
Parmesan Cheese
1 Pound of Spaghetti
1/2 pound of bacon
Instructions
1. In a skillet, add 2 Tbsp of Olive and Oil and diced bacon and let it cook.
2. Meanwhile, cook the spaghetti in salted water.
3. Combine 3 eggs and 3 Tbsps of heavy cream into a bowl. Add a handful of Parmesan and a pinch of salt and pepper. Whisk like crazy.
4. When the bacon is done, add the garlic and then the cooked spaghetti. Let it cook for a while.
5. Add the egg/cream/Parmesan mixture to the spaghetti mixture and stir.
