Vegetable Quiches by Sarea Clark

Ingredients

1 pkg Pie Crusts 1/2 C Milk 1/2 C Mushrooms, sliced 1/4 C Bacon Bits 1/4 C Green Onions 2 Eggs 1 C Zucchini, shredded 1/2 C Shredded Cheddar Cheese 1 Garlic Clove Salt and Pepper to taste.

Instructions

Preheat oven to 375 degrees.
Whisk eggs and milk. Stir in remaining ingredients.
Fill muffin cups with 3" circles of pie crust and fill with mixture. Bake for 15-18 minutes.
If using a 9" pie plate, double all ingredients, except use 3 eggs.
Bake for 35-40 minutes.
