1 packet (1 ounce ) Hidden Valley Ranch Original Salad Dressing and Seasoning Mix **For extra kick, use Hidden Valley Ranch Fiesta Ranch Seasoning Mix.** 16 ounce sour cream 10 ounce can Rotel Original (drain excess liquid) 11 ounce can of Mexicorn (drain excess liquid) 3/4 to 1 cup finely shredded Mexican four cheese blend (you can use just cheddar)

Pour all of the ingredients in a medium size bowl and mix well (be sure to drain excess liquid from the corn and Rotel). Cover and chill in fridge for 1-2 hours. Serve with your favorite tortilla chips, pita chips or Frito Scoops.
