Gluten free short bread cookies by janine

Ingredients

Mixing bowl with mixer and paddle attachments Disposable away cookie sheet lightly greased 2 sticks of butter to equal 1 cup of butter 1/2 cup powdered sugar 1 1/2 cups gluten free all purpose flour 1/4 cup cornstarch 1/4 tsp of salt 1 tsp vanilla extract

Instructions

Preheat oven oven to 300 degrees or 150 degrees Celsius .
Beat butter, powdered sugar until fluffy. Mix in cornstarch and vanilla and gluten free flour . Dust hands with cornstarch then form balls place on cookie sheet two inches apart. Place fork in corn starch then press cookies down. Bake for 16 minutes
