Swedish Oatmeal Shortbread Cookies by
Ingredients
2 sticks butter
1/2 cup + 1 tbsp sugar
1 cup + 1/4 cup flour
1 1/2 cup quick oatmeal
1 pinch salt
Instructions
Cream butter and sugar and salt. Add flour & oatmeal. Roll into walnut sized balls. Press onto greased cookie sheet with floured bottom glass. Bake at 350 for 10-12 minutes. Sprinkle with powdered sugar.
