Giant's Choc-Chip Mega-Cookies by

Ingredients
1/2 C. Butter, softened and chopped
1/2 tsp. Vanilla
1 C. Brown Sugar
1 Egg
1 C. All-Purpose Flour
1 C. Self-Raising Flour
1 C. Dry Coconut
1/2 C. Chunks of Chocolate
Instructions
1. Preheat the oven to 375 degrees. Line 2 baking trays with non-stick baking paper.
2. Put the butter, vanilla, and sugar in the bowl of an electric mixer and beat until creamy. Add the egg and beat for 1 minute. Use a wodden spoon to stir in the flours, coconut, and chocolate chunks.
3. Place a couple of big spoonfuls of mixture on each tray and bake for 20 minutes, or until the cookies are brown. Cool on the trays. The cookies are big so bake them in batches, a couple at a time. Bake 10 giant cookies.
