Pizza dough (kitchen aide) by
Ingredients
Pizza dough
1 cup+ 2 Tbsp warm water (110°-115°)
1 tsp sugar
1 tsp salt
2 Tbsp olive oil
2 1/2 tsps active dry yeast
3 cups of bread flour
Instructions
Put ingredients, as listed in order, in a kitchen Aide bowl.
Attach the dough hook. Set mixer on 2 and run for 15 minutes. After that time put the dough in a greased bowl and cover with saran wrap. **Place in a warm spot for 2 hours. Turn out onto a cookie sheet or cutting board and cover for 1 hour.
Pre-heat the oven at 475° Spread dough on a greased, floured pizza sheet. Put pizza sauce on the dough. Place in the oven for 14 minutes. Remove from oven and put choice of topping and mozzarella cheese on the pizza. Return to the oven for another 14 minutes. Remove and and let rest for 5 minutes. Cut pizza into 8 slices and serve.
**the warm spot I choose is in the dryer after being run for 20 minutes.
