Cabbage & Noodles by Sarea Clark

Ingredients

12 oz. Kielbasa Sausage sliced 2 TBS Olive Oil, divided 1/4 C. Butter 1/2 Head of Cabbage 1 Lg Onion, diced 1 Clove of Garlic, minced 2/3 C. Frozen Peas 8 oz. Egg Noodles Salt and Pepper to taste.

Instructions

1) Cook noodles according to package.
2) Heat 1 TBS Olive Oil, and cook sausage until lightly browned.
3) Add remaining oil, butter and onion, cook about 5 minutes.
4) Add in shredded cabbage and garlic. Cook 10-15 minutes.
5) Stir in peas and noodles, add salt and pepper. Cooke 2-3 minutes
Serve.
