Meat in breadloaf by
Ingredients
- chicken breast (or other meat): 200 g
- cooked ham / smoked bacon: 80 g
- milk: 1 glass
- egg: 1
- breadcrumbs (from bread): 200 g
- grated Parmesan cheese: 3 heaping tbsp
- parsley leaves
- thyme
- garlic: 1 clove
- nutmeg
- salt
- olive oil
- rosemary
Instructions
1. Cut the meat into small pieces.
2. Add 150 g of breadcrumbs, milk, egg, cheese, crushed garlic and spices (without rosemary).
3. Mix it by adjusting the density (not too firm and not too soft) with milk or breadcrumbs.
4. Format into a big loaf and cover with the rest of breadcrumbs.
5. Put it into an ovenproof dish, spread olive on the loaf and put the rosemary on the top.
6. Bake in 180°C for 50 minutes.
Can be served with potatoes.
