Ingredients

1.5 cups flour 3 tbsp sugar 2 tsp baking powder 1/4 tsp salt 1/2 cup sour cream 3/4 cup milk 2 large eggs 1 tsp vanilla 1 lemon grated for zest thin slices grated lemon

Instructions

Sift together flour, sugar, baking powder & salt

In separate bowl, whisk together sour cream, milk, eggs, vanilla and lemon zest.

Add wet ingredients to dry ones...mix until combined.

Melt 1 tbsp butter in a large skillet until it bubbles.

Ladle the pancakes into pan.

Cook 2-3 mins.
