POTATOE & SHRIMP CHOWDER by ChiefyMcWifey

Sometimes I'll take a can of whole potatoes, diced, & add to the soup.

Ingredients

2 cans cream of potatoe soup 1 1/2 cups milk 1 can mexican style, whole kernel, corn; drained 1 package frozen broccoli; thawed, drained, chopped 8 ounces of cooked shrimp; chopped 4-6 slices of bacon cooked crisp & crumbled or just use fresh bits. small bunch cilantro; chopped

Instructions

Combine all the ingredients into one pot and bring to a boil. Reduce heat & simmer for about 5 minutes since the shrimp is already cooked and you just want to heat it thoroughly.
