No-bake Cheesecake by Brook

Cream cheese is best used at room temperature. No fat-free cream cheese is recommended.

Ingredients

16 oz (1-8 oz packages) plain cream cheese 14 oz (1 can) sweetened condensed milk 1 T vanilla extract 1/4 C lemon juice

Instructions

1. Beat cream cheese until smooth (hand/stand mixer); Add remaining ingredients until smooth with no lumps.

2. Put into crust; chill at least 4 hours.
