Spinach quiche by BB

Ingredients

Serves 6-8 1 9 " deep pie shell unbaked 1- 10 oz box ( bag ) frozen spinach cooked and drained 8 oz sliced Swiss cheese ( or shredded ) coated with 2 tablespoons flour 3 beaten eggs 1 cup whipping cream 1/4 tsp. salt Pepper to taste

Instructions

Mix together the eggs, cream, salt, and pepper

Stir in the floured cheese and spinach

Pour into unbaked shell

Bake at 350 for an hour
