No Peek Chicken by
Ingredients
1 box long grain wild rice and herbs
2 cans cream of chicken soup
2 cans cream of celery soup
2 soup cans of water
2 packets onion soup mix
1 teaspoon parsley
2 pounds chicken (fat/tendons removed)
1 12 ounce bag frozen vegetables of choice
Instructions
Preheat oven to 350F. Lightly grease a 9x13 inch casserole dish. Mix the first six ingredients. Arrange chicken on top and sprinkle with onion soup mix. Cover
tightly with aluminum foil. Bake for 2 hours and 15 minutes. Add frozen
vegetables. Recover and bake 15 additional minutes. Remove from oven and
allow to rest for 10 minutes
