Blueberry Biscuits by Sarea Clark

Ingredients

2 c flour 1 c milk 1/3 c sugar 5 TBS frozen butter 4 tsp baking powder 1 tsp salt 3 oz fresh blueberries Glaze: 1 c powdered sugar 1/8 c water 1 tsp vanilla 1/2 tsp lemon juice

Instructions

Mix dry ingredients, add cold milk then add chunks of frozen butter into the dough.

Add blueberries and roll out dough. Cut into biscuits.

Bake at 450° for 10-15 min.
