Orange Cream Fudge by
Really good tasting fudge.
Ingredients
3 c sugar
2/3 c heavy cream
3/4 c butter
1 (7 oz)jar marshmallow creme
1 (11 oz) pkg of white chocolate chips
3 tsp orange extract
12 drops of yellow food coloring
9 drops red food coloring
Instructions
1. Grease 9 x 13 pan.
2. Medium saucepan over med. heat, combine sugar, cream and butter. Heat to soft ball stage (234oF). Remove from heat and stir in marshmallow creme and white chocolate chips; mix well until the chips melt. Reserve 1 c of mixture and set aside.
3. To the remaining mixture add orange flavoring, yellow and red food coloring. Stir well and pour into prepared pan. Pour reserved cream mixture on top. Using a knife, swirl layers for decorative effect.
4. Chill for 2 hrs or until firm, and cut into pieces.
