Fudge icing by janine

Ingredients

Medium sauce pan with a whisk Mixing bowl with mixer and paddle attachments Airtight container with lid to store icing 1/2 cup or one stick salted butter 1/2 cup cocoa powder, half Dutch processed cocoa half Hershey’s special dark cocoa 3 2/3 cups powdered sugar 6-7 tbsp of milk 1 tsp pure vanilla extract

Instructions

In a medium sauce pan over medium heat melt butter whisking constantly. Then whisk in cocoa powder mix until incorporated for one minute remove from heat set aside.
Add powdered sugar, milk , and vanilla to a mixing bowl, add chocolate mix beat until well combined. Use immediately or store in refrigerator for two weeks.
