Mexican Roll-Ups by
Ingredients
1 pkg taco seasoning
1/2 pkg sliced beef, chopped
3 green onions or cilantro, chopped
8 oz sour cream
1 c finely shredded cheddar cheese
8oz cream cheese, room temperature

5-6 flour spinach tortilla wraps
Salsa for dipping
Instructions
Mix the 1st 6 ingredients until smooth and spread on tortilla. Roll tightly and wrap each in saran wrap. refrigerate at least 8 hours or overnight. Slice into 1" pieces. Serve with your favorite salsa.
