Ingredients
1 pkg of CBF Mac N' Cheese (cooked according to pkg instructions)
1 c chopped fresh or frozen broccoli
1 slice CBF Home Style Sliced White Bread toasted (or 50 g of any CBF bread product)
salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
Cook CBF Mac N' Cheese according to pkg instructions.
Pre-heat over to 350.
Place toast in a food processor fitted with a steel blade and process to a fine bread crumb.
Combine broccoli with mac n' cheese and mix well.
Pour the mixture into a lightly greased baking dish. Sprinkle with breadcrumbs, season with salt & pepper.
Baker for 25 or 30 minutes.
