Ingredients
Crust:
2 cups all-purpose flour
3/4 cup margarine, melted
1/3 cup powder sugar
1/4 tsp. salt
3 Tbsp cocoa powder
1/4 Tbsp chocolate malt powder
Filling:
1/4 cup evaporated milk
1 (6 oz.) Greek yogurt, plain
1 cup Oreo double stuff cookies, ground
3/4 tsp. green crème de menthe
3/4 tsp. crème de cacao
5 drops green food coloring
Topping:
1 (8 oz.) cool whip
1 cup mini marshmallows
4 drops green food coloring
Instructions
Crust: Beat flour, margarine, sugar, salt, cocoa & malt powder together.
Pour into a 13 x 9 x 2 inch baking pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 10 minutes.
Cool completely.
Filling: Beat evaporated milk, Greek yogurt, cookies, cream de menthe, cream de cacao and green food coloring, mix well. Pour over Crust.
Topping: Mix cool whip, marshmallows and green food coloring.
Spread over the Filling.
Decorate:
Pour into a 13 x 9 x 2 inch baking pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 10 minutes.
