Green Chili Cheeese Souffle (Nor) by cpeirson

Ingredients

8 oz jack cheese, shredded 5 eggs 1 c cottage cheese 1/4 c butter, melted and cooled 1/4 c flour 1/2 t baking powder 1/4 t salt 1 4oz can green chilies

Instructions

Heat oven to 350 and grease a 3 qt glass casserole.

In food processor - Process eggs for 10 seconds; add butter and cottage cheese processing for another 10 seconds. Add flour, baking powder and salt. Process 2 off-on bursts. Add cheese and chilies. process 1 second. Pour into a prepared casserole and bake uncovered for 55 minutes until set and browned.
