Gluten free pancakes by
Ingredients
Mixing bowl
Whisk
1/4 cup measuring cup
Frying pan or griddle
Non stick cooking spray
Spatula
Topping of your choice
1 1/4 cups pillsbury gluten free flour
1 tbsp granulated sugar
1 tsp gluten free baking powder
1/2 tsp baking soda
1/4 tsp salt
1 large egg
1 cup of butter milk
1/4 cup oil of your choice.
You can have the dry ingredients in a sealed container to use when you are ready if you do that don’t add the wet ingredients until you are ready to use them.
Instructions
Spray non stick cooking spray in pan or skillet pre heat on medium
Add dry ingredients to your mixing bowl whisk until combined.
Add your wet ingredients mix until combined you want some lumps
Ladle 1/4 of the mix onto your griddle or in your pan
Cook 2 to 3 minutes or until bubbly flip and repeat serve hot with topping of your choice .
