Ingredients

1/2 c. butter 1 egg 3 oz. of cream cheese, softened 1 tablespoon butter, melted 1 c. of flour 1/2 cup chopped pecans 1/4 cup ground pecans 1/2 cup HEATH bits 3/4 cup packed browned sugar

Instructions

For pastry, in a mixing bowl beat 1/2 cup butter and cream cheese until thoroughly combined. Stir in flour and ground pecans. Press a rounded teaspoon of pastry evenly into the bottom and up sides of 24 ungreased 1 3/4-inch miniature muffin cups. Set aside.

For filling, beat together brown sugar, egg, and 1 tablespoon melted butter. Stir in chopped pecans. Spoon 1 teaspoon filling into each pastry-lined cup. Sprinkle about 1 teaspoon Health Bits over each.
