Ingredients

1 frozen banana 1 cup unsweetened almond milk 1 tablespoon raw cocoa powder 1 teaspoon vanilla 1/2 teaspoon or so of cinnamon 1 scoop protein powder, optional (use plain, vanilla or chocolate)

Instructions

Place everything in blender, blend until combined. Serves one.
