Steakhouse Steaks by
Ingredients
Choice of cut of steak
Butter
Fresh minced Garlic
Fresh Chopped onions
Salt
Pepper
Instructions
Preheat oven at 350oF
Put butter into a skillet pan on hot setting
Bring the butter onions and garlic if your using
Onions and garlic *optional* hot on the stovetop
Salt and pepper your steaks to taste
Insert the steak into the hot skillet
Fry for a minute / minute and a half and
Flip the steak over and cook that side for a minute / minute half
Pretty much get a good sear on both sides
Take the steaks off the fire and put in the oven cook until desired doneness
160 - 170 internal temperature is well done
150 - 160 internal temperature is medium well
140 - 145 internal temperature is medium
130 - 135 internal temperature is medium rare
120 - 125 internal temperature is rare
After done you can top with garlic butter, mushrooms etc.
