Pork: Baked schnitzel in mustard and oats by
Ingredients
- pork chops: 220 g (2 slices)
- flour: 2 tbsp
- rolled oats: 2 tbsp
- mustard (dijon or kremska)
- salt and pepper
- olive oil: 2 tbsp
Instructions
1. Pound the meat (cover it with cling film to not make too much mess in the kitchen).
2. Season it with salt and pepper.
3. Spread mustard on the both sides. Leave for at least 15 minutes.
4. Mix flour with oats. Cover the meat with this mix.
5. Fry both sides of meat in olive oil on high heat for 2-3 minutes.
6. Bake it in ovenproof dish for half an hour in 180°C.
