Slow cooker Pot Roast by BB

Ingredients

Pot Roast 1-2 cans of cream of mushroom soup undiluted 1-2 packets of dry onion soup Fresh carrots Fingerling potatoes 1 onion 8 oz of sliced mushrooms

Instructions

Peel carrots and cut into diagonal slices
Rinse potatoes
Cut up onion
Place carrots on the bottom of the slow cooker
Layer potatoes next
Put cut up onions next
Place mushrooms on the top
Put the meat on top of the veggies
Put 2 cans of mushroom soup over meat
Finish with the 2 packets of dry soup
Cover
Cook on low 6-8 hours
Serve over egg noodles
Serve with bread
