Cucumber Sandwiches by BB

Ingredients

1 ( 8 ounce ) package cream cheese, softened 1/3 cup mayonnaise 1 medium cucumber, peeled, seeded, sliced 1/4 tsp. garlic salt 1/2 teaspoon chopped fresh dillweed bread or small deli loaves of bread

Instructions

Process cream cheese and mayonnaise and garlic salt in a blender or food processor until smooth, stopping once to scrape down sides.
Spread mixture evenly onto bread and top with cucumbers - sprinkle with the fresh dillweed and add a top ( which also has been spread with the cream mixture) and cut off the crusts. Bread can be cut into rounds or quarters. Store sandwiches in an airtight container for up to an hour before serving.
