Potato Soup by
Ingredients
1 large potato per person
1 Onion
2 carrots
2 celery stalks
1 block cream cheese
Salt
Pepper
Garlic
Oil
Bay leaf
1 cup low fat milk
32 oz chicken broth low sodium
Instructions
Add all the ingredients in order listed except the cream cheese into a pot. Bring to a boil until the potatoes are cooked. About 20 minutes. Turn it to low and add the cream cheese. Simmer to let the cream cheese melt.
