Sliced Baked Potatoes by Sarea Clark

Ingredients

8 Medium russet potatoes 2 tsp. Salt 6 TBS Melted Butter 6 TBS Fresh Herbs (parsley, chives) 6 tsp. Dried Herbs 8 TBS Shredded Cheese 3 TBS Parmesan Cheese

Instructions

Scrub and rinse potatoes.
Cut into thin slices, but not all the way through
Put in baking dish and fan out.
Sprinkle with salt and drizzle with butter and sprinkle with herbs.
Bake at 425 degrees for 50 minutes.
Remove, sprinkle with cheese and bake for 10-15 minutes more.
