Café Rio Chicken in Instant Pot or Slow Cooker by Traveling Marlins

You can also double or triple this to make extras for freezing. Then simply thaw & reheat!

Ingredients

2 lbs chicken breasts 8 oz Zesty Italian Dressing (in the Bottle, not the dry mix) 1 packet Ranch Dressing Mix (mixed with ˝ cup water) ˝ T Minced Garlic ˝ T Chili Powder ˝ T Ground Cumin

Instructions

Slow Cooker Instructions:
Place all ingredients in a crock pot. Cook on LOW for about 5 hours or until chicken is done.
Shred with fork and serve in salads, burritos, tacos....etc.

Instant Pot Instructions:
Turn the valve to “sealing.” Push manual and adjust the time to 17 minutes.
When the pressure cooker beeps let the pressure release naturally for 5 minutes and then remove the lid.
