Biscuit Dough by

Ingredients
1-3/4 c. flour
2-1/2 t. baking powder
3/4 t. salt
1/3 c. shortening or margarine
3/4 c. milk
Instructions
Mix together flour, baking powder and salt.
Cut in shortening or margarine with a pastry cutter until mixture resembles fine crumbs.
Stir in milk just until dough leaves side of bowl and rounds up into a ball.
Turn dough onto lightly-floured surface.
Knead lightly 10 times.
For biscuits, roll out 1/2" thick and cut with floured biscuit cutter.
Place on ungreased cookie sheet and bake at 450 degrees until golden brown, 10 to 12 minutes.
Note: Use this in Tuna Ring and Wiener Wraps.
