Texas Sheetcake by Sarea Clark

Ingredients

2 Sticks Margarine 4 TBS Cocoa 1/2 C. Oil 1 C. Water 2 C. Flour 2 C. Sugar 1/2 C. Buttermilk 2 Eggs 1 tsp. Soda 1 tsp. Vanilla 1 tsp. Cinnamon In a saucepan, add margarine, cocoa, oil and water. Boil for 2-3 minutes. Mix remaining ingredients together in a large bowl. Add cocoa mixture, mix well. Bake at 400 degrees for 15 minutes. Cool and frost.

Instructions

Frosting:

1 Stick Margarine
4 TBS Cocoa
5 TBS Milk
1 tsp. Vanilla
1 lb. Powdered Sugar

Boil margarine, cocoa and milk for 3 minutes. Add remaining ingredients, mix well. While still warm, spread unto cooled cake.
