Angel Nut Pie by

This makes a wonderful light dessert. It has "wowed" every time I have served it.
Ingredients
Beat stiff:3 egg whites,3/4 teas. vanilla,3/4 teas. baking powder. Add slowly:1 cup sugar.
Fold in:1 cup crushed grahamn crackers and 1 cup chopped pecans
Instructions
Pour into buttered pie pan and bake at 350 for 30 minutes. Cool and then cover and place in refrigerator overnight. Dab with Cool Whip to serve.
