Hash Brown Casserole by Sarea Clark

Ingredients

2 lbs. Frozen Hash Browns 1/2 C. Margarine, melted 1 tsp. Salt 1/2 tsp. Pepper 2 TBS Dried Diced Onion 1 Can Cream of Chicken 1 Pint Sour Cream 2 C. Shredded Cheese Topping: 1/4 C. Melted Margarine 2 C. Cornflakes, crushed

Instructions

Mix all ingredients, except topping and spread into a greased 9 x 13 inch pan. Sprinkle cornflakes on top and drizzle margarine.

Bake at 350 degrees for 45-60 minutes.
