Marshmallow Cream Fudge by Lori Bogan-Potts

Ingredients

7 oz marshmallow cream 1-1/2 sugar 2/3 cup evaporated milk (small can) 1/4 cup butter 1/4 teaspoon salt 12 oz semi-sweet chocolate morsels 1/2 cup chopped nuts 1 teaspoon vanilla

Instructions

In medium sauce pan combine marshmallow crème, sugar, evaporated milk, butter and salt.

Bring to full boil, stirring constantly over moderate heat. Boil five minutes, stirring from heat.

Add chocolate morsels, until they melt and texture is smooth. Stir in nuts and vanilla.

Pour in 8 inch square pan. Chill in refrigerator until firm two hours.
