Caramel Corn (Microwave) by

Ingredients
3-1/2 qts. popped popcorn
1 c. brown sugar
1 cube margarine
1/4 c. white Karo
1/2 t. salt
1/2 t. baking soda
Instructions
In a 2 qt. container, place brown sugar, margarine, Karo and salt. Boil 2 minutes on HIGH. Remove from microwave and stir in baking soda.
Place popcorn in brown paper bag. Pour syrup over popcorn and shake well in the bag. Cook on HIGH for 1-1/2 minutes. Shake well. Repeat one time. Place in bowl and cool.
