1 chorizo link, remove casing, crumble

1/2 box Zatarains rice

Instructions
Steam clams in stock, butter, garlic
Sear chix nice side down, remove
Sear shrimp both sides, remove
Sear chorizo
Add, saute on, bell pep, gar, tom
Add, saute rice
Add chix
Add clam stock 1 c. at a time til rice is cooked. Cover in between
Add back in shrimp, peas, lemon juice, parsley, clams
