Quick and easy to make. You can make it with your favorite fruit. By Darlene Summers.
Ingredients
1/2 c sugar
1/2 c milk
1/2 c self rising flour
2 c any dried fruit, that has been cooked (e.g. raisins, cherry pie filling, cooked sweetened blackberries, etc.)
Instructions
1. Stir milk, flour, and sugar together.
2. Pour into a buttered pie pan.
3. Pour fruit on top of batter.
4. Bake at 350 for 1/2 hour.
