Paleo Chocolates by

Ingredients
4 tbsp coconut oil
3 tbsp cocoa/cacao powder
2 tbsp almond butter
Good squeeze of honey (maybe 1.5 - 2 Tbsp)
2 tbsp desiccated coconut (more or less depending on your preference,
2 can be omitted)
1 tsp vanilla essenc
Instructions
Melt together in a microwave safe bowl (or you could do this in a double
boiler!) for a minute or so until all the ingredients are combined. Then fill your
chocolate mould (or ice tray like me!) with them, pop in the freezer and
patiently wait until set (shouldn’t take long)!
Can add in chopped up cashews, whole hazelnuts, peppermint essence, lemon curd,
