Tortelloni Alfredo by cpeirson

Ingredients

2 slices chopped bacon 1 c chopped onions 1 c sliced fresh mushrooms 12 oz alfredo sauce 9oz cooked tortelloni 1/2 c frozen green peas salt and pepper to taste parmesan cheese freshly grated

Instructions

Cook tortelloni as directed; place in ice bath. In medium skillet saute bacon, onion and mushrooms until bacon is crisp; drain. Add alfredo sauce, tortelloni, peas, salt and pepper. Simmer for 1 minute. Serve with parmesan cheese.
