Texas Sheet Cake by

Ingredients
Combine in bowl:
2 c. flour
2 c. sugar
2 eggs
1/2 c. sour cream or buttermilk
1/2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. baking soda
Combine in saucepan:
2 sticks oleo
1 c. water
2 Tbsp. cocoa
Instructions
Bring saucepan mixture to boil. Stir in flour mixture. Bake in jelly roll pat at 350 degrees for 20 minutes.
Icing (Start 5 minutes before cake is done):
1 stick oleo
6 Tbsp. milk
4 Tbsp. cocoa
Bring to boil. Combine 1 box powered sugar and 1 Tbsp. vanilla. Stir in mixture from saucepan. Beat. Ice cake as soon as you take it out of the oven.
