Chili Con Queso by Kraus Family

Ingredients

1 medium green pepper, chopped 1 tomato, diced 1 onion, chopped 1 or 2 Torrido peppers, chopped 1 T. chili powder 1 T. oil 2 lb. Velveeta cheese

Instructions

Sauté peppers, tomato and onion in oil. Add chili powder. Melt cheese (in double boiler or microwave), then mix all ingredients together.

Note: serve as a dip for vegetables and chips, or as a sauce for eggs.
